The shipping takes up to 2 weeks our store is all about Pre-orders so when our customers place their order the seller then go ahead and start making their order and because of the distance it takes up to 2 weeks. We then receive the order and package it properly then send it our customers. :)

Sure! After you completed an Pre-Order form and it's submitted a little while after we reply with your order confirmations and information requesting your payment if it hasn't been already sent. After a succesful order and payment your order then starts to process.
